Key Responsibilities:&middot; Supervise the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods in a systematic and safe manner.&middot; Ensure proper labelling, tagging, and barcoding of clothing items and cartons&middot; Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and safety standards in the warehouse.&middot; Optimize warehouse layout for efficient space utilization and product accessibility.&middot; prepare and share inventory reports, stock status, and aging reports with management.&middot; Ensure proper documentation for all goods received and dispatched&middot; Maintain records of damaged, returned, or defective goods.&middot; Supervise warehouse assistants, pickers, and helpers.&middot; Train warehouse staff on handling garments and inventory protocols.&middot; Monitor team performance and ensure adherence to safety and operational procedures.Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>MBA / BBA / Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.</li><li>Minimum 3&ndash;5 years of experience in warehouse/inventory management, preferably in the clothing or apparel industry.</li><li>Strong knowledge of garment types, packing standards, and storage requirements.</li><li>Excellent organizational, analytical, and leadership skills.</li><li>Attention to detail and strong problem-solving ability.</li></ul>Compensation :&middot; Salary Rs. 23000 &ndash; 25000/-&middot; Bonus&middot; Medical Insurance&middot; Provident Fund (PF)Overall CTC : 3.50 LPAJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;23,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
