Job Description:We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Front of House Cashier to join our F&amp;B team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, handling transactions accurately, and ensuring a smooth ordering experience for all guests.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately</li><li>Handle cash, card, and digital payments efficiently</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization at the cashier counter</li><li>Promote menu items, meals, and ongoing offers through suggestive selling</li><li>Ensure correct order entry into the POS system</li><li>Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth order flow</li><li>Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate when required</li><li>Support dining area operations when needed</li><li>Follow company service standards and hygiene procedures</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>High school certificate or equivalent</li><li>Previous cashier or customer service experience in F&amp;B preferred</li><li>Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)</li><li>Basic knowledge of POS systems</li><li>Strong customer service attitude</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and in shifts</li><li>Neat appearance and professional behavior</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
