 We are looking for a
 
 &lsquo;Quality Engineer&rsquo;
 
 who wholeheartedly believes and is aware of importance of quality in the aviation industry.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 What We Are Looking For?
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree preferably in Mechanical Engineering,
 </li>
 <li>
 Preferably +3 years of experience in a related role,
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in Quality Assurance,
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge in quality system standard AS9100 and GD&amp;T and inspection methods,
 </li>
 <li>
 Good knowledge of problem solving and Quality Assurance tools,
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of CANIAS is an asset,
 </li>
 <li>
 Casting and machining experience will be plus,
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient using Microsoft Office tools,
 </li>
 <li>
 Good command of English,
 </li>
 <li>
 Result-orientated and analytical thinking skills,
 </li>
 <li>
 Detail oriented and proactive,
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong interpersonal skills with the team and the related departments,
 </li>
 <li>
 Eagerness for improvements.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Checking, planning and validation of Customer Quality Requirements for new POs,
 </li>
 <li>
 Preparing/coordinating FAI (First Article Inspection) inspections and package &amp; taking customer approval,
 </li>
 <li>
 Conducting quality engineering related activities such as process flow charting, problem, investigation/analysis, standards and procedure updating/development, report writing, and presentation development in support of daily activities,
 </li>
 <li>
 Performing and presenting daily quality KPIs and lead necessary corrective actions,
 </li>
 <li>
 Determining quality improvement parameters by identifying statistical methods relevant to manufacturing processes,
 </li>
 <li>
 Preparing PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, KPC and Control Plan,
 </li>
 <li>
 Conducting quality system and special process audits as required,
 </li>
 <li>
 Supporting lean manufacturing system,
 </li>
 <li>
 Providing overall leadership for quality and reliability of products,
 </li>
 <li>
 Identifying root cause through data analysis for preventive and corrective actions,
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinating and taking all necessary actions for goods returned from customer,
 </li>
 <li>
 Taking active role at new part launches.
 </li>
