Sales Generation &amp; Execution &#8203;Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales quotas for water purifiers, replacement filters, service contracts, and other related accessories within the assigned territory. &#8203;Lead Generation &amp; Prospecting: &#8203;Identify and qualify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and community events. &#8203;Target various segments, including residential, commercial (offices, hotels, restaurants), and industrial clients. &#8203;Product Demonstration &amp; Presentation: Conduct compelling presentations and on-site product demonstrations, clearly explaining the technology, features, and benefits of the water purifiers and accessories. &#8203;Negotiation &amp; Closing: Prepare customized proposals, negotiate contract terms, and successfully close sales deals. &#8203;Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain and track all sales activities, leads, and opportunities using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. &#8203;Cross-selling and Upselling: Promote higher-margin products, accessories, and annual maintenance contracts (AMCs) to existing customers. &#8203;II. Marketing &amp; Strategy &#8203;Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities and competitive advantages. &#8203;Strategy Development: Assist in formulating and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies tailored to the target market for water purification solutions. &#8203;Promotional Activities: Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns, events, and trade shows to increase brand visibility and generate leads. &#8203;Content Contribution: Provide feedback and assist in developing marketing materials, brochures, technical specifications, and digital content. &#8203;Customer Education: Develop campaigns or programs to educate consumers about water quality issues, the necessity of purification, and the unique selling points of the company's products. &#8203;III. Product Expertise &amp; Technical Support &#8203;Deep Product Knowledge: Maintain comprehensive technical knowledge of all water purifiers, filtration technologies (RO, UV, UF, etc.), and accessories, including installation and service requirements. &#8203;Needs Assessment: Consult with potential customers to understand their specific water quality problems and recommend the most suitable purification system. &#8203;Technical Liaison: Act as a communication link between customers and the technical or product development teams, ensuring customer feedback is relayed and technical queries are accurately addressed. &#8203;IV. Customer Relationship Management (CRM) &#8203;Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business. &#8203;Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle, from initial contact to after-sales support and installation follow-up. &#8203;Account Servicing: Handle customer inquiries, address concerns, and resolve issues related to product specifications, use, and installation professionally and efficiently. &#8203;Post-Sale Follow-up: Follow up with customers periodically to ensure the product is performing as expected and to secure repeat business for accessories and services. &#8203;V.
