Kalos Services is seeking a dependable, hardworking Field Mobilization Specialist to support the setup and breakdown of commercial construction projects across Florida. If you enjoy working outdoors, traveling, staying active, and being part of a team that keeps projects running smoothly, this could be the perfect opportunity.
No previous mobilization experience is required&mdash;we'll provide the training. Experience in construction, warehouse operations, landscaping, delivery, or other hands-on work is a plus.
Location: Headquartered in Clermont, FL (Travel Throughout the State of Florida required).
Compensation: $17 - $20 hourly
Schedule: Monday - Friday , 8am -5pm, (nights and weekends as needed with advanced notice) 
Responsibilities<ul><li>
Travel throughout Florida to support commercial construction projects (overnight travel may be required).</li><li>
Assist with project startup and jobsite demobilization.</li><li>
Install and remove temporary fencing and barriers.</li><li>
Receive, unload, organize, and stage materials, tools, and equipment.</li><li>
Maintain clean, organized, and safe jobsites.</li><li>
Complete basic documentation, photos, and checklists using a smartphone or tablet.</li><li>
Report damaged materials, safety concerns, or project issues to the Field Mobilization Lead.</li><li>
Follow company safety policies and OSHA guidelines.</li><li>
Support warehouse and logistics operations as needed.</li></ul>
Requirements: 
<ul><li>
Construction, warehouse, landscaping, delivery, or other hands-on experience preferred.</li><li>
Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs.</li><li>
Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.</li><li>
Willingness to travel throughout Florida, including occasional overnight stays.</li><li>
Basic smartphone or tablet skills.</li><li>
Valid driver's license with a good driving record.</li><li>
Reliable, dependable, and able to work well as part of a team.</li></ul> 
Physical Requirements<ul><li>
Frequently lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs.</li><li>
Stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and work on active construction sites.</li><li>
Work outdoors in all weather conditions while wearing required PPE.</li></ul>
