We take pride in our quality, teamwork, and long-term stability.The Procurement &amp; Inventory Coordinator plays a critical role in Kalow&rsquo;s operations&mdash;bridging purchasing, inventory management, and logistics. You&rsquo;ll source and order parts, track material flow, manage vendor relationships, and coordinate shipments to ensure smooth production and on-time deliveries.This role is perfect for someone who loves staying organized, solving problems, and taking ownership of a process from start to finish.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Source and purchase materials, components, and services to support production needs.</li><li>Negotiate pricing and delivery terms with vendors; maintain strong supplier relationships.</li><li>Manage and update purchase orders, shipment records, and inventory data in the MRP/ERP system.</li><li>Coordinate all outbound shipments&mdash;schedule carriers, prepare documentation, and confirm deliveries.</li><li>Communicate order and shipment updates to internal teams and customers.</li><li>Track and resolve shipment issues, returns, or delays quickly.</li><li>Monitor and maintain inventory levels to support production without over-stocking.</li><li>Support quarterly cycle counts and cost-tracking initiatives.</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Quality, and Shipping.</li><li>Model Kalow&rsquo;s Core Values: Knowledge, Attitude, Lead by Example, Organization, and Willingness.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>3+ years of experience in purchasing, logistics, or inventory coordination (manufacturing preferred).</li><li>Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office and MRP/ERP systems.</li><li>Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Positive, solutions-oriented attitude and team-player mindset.</li></ul>&ldquo;What I love most about Kalow is the people &mdash; everyone actually helps each other.
