Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and functionality of our facilities. This role requires a proactive approach to maintenance tasks, a strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The Maintenance Person will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and efficient environment for both staff and customers.Duties<ul><li>Perform routine inspections and maintenance on facilities to ensure optimal functionality.</li><li>Execute repairs in various areas including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.</li><li>Conduct residential painting and touch-ups as needed to maintain aesthetic standards.</li><li>Provide excellent customer service by addressing maintenance requests promptly and professionally.</li><li>Clean and maintain swimming pool.</li><li>Supervise and coordinate with other maintenance staff or contractors on larger projects.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report any significant issues to management.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.</li><li>Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various systems.</li><li>Proficiency in electrical work, plumbing, welding, and residential painting.</li><li>Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.</li><li>A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and attention to detail is essential.</li></ul>Join us in creating a well-maintained environment that enhances the experience for all who use our facilities!Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: From $17.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li><li>Opportunities for advancement</li></ul>Work Location: In person
