The Role

This is a rare opportunity to learn and gain experience in B2B SaaS marketing while making a daily impact on companies experiencing exponential growth. All hires will take part in a probationary period to determine if the role is a good fit.

At Kalungi, you will own the vision and execution of RevOps strategy across multiple SaaS clients, integrating marketing, sales, customer success, and product functions. You will leverage HubSpot&rsquo;s full suite (Marketing, Sales, Service, and Ops Hubs) to solve complex GTM problems and unlock revenue growth. In addition to leading client delivery, you&rsquo;ll manage and grow a high-performing RevOps team, driving innovation in Kalungi&rsquo;s productized RevOps services and ensuring excellence in execution.

Responsibilities

In this role you will:
<ul>
<li>Own the end-to-end RevOps strategy across Kalungi clients, ensuring seamless integration of GTM functions.</li>
<li>Design, implement, and improve client GTM tech stacks, processes, and data flows using HubSpot (core), Salesforce (optional), and other integrated tools.</li>
<li>Develop scalable playbooks for lifecycle stage management, lead routing, attribution, deal pipeline health, forecasting, and analytics.</li>
<li>Define and enforce RevOps operating standards&mdash;reporting frameworks, data governance, naming conventions, and automation logic.</li>
<li>Drive innovation in Kalungi&rsquo;s RevOps offering&mdash;productize services like lifecycle audits, dashboard packages, and attribution frameworks.</li>
<li>Build internal tools, templates, and automations to shorten time-to-value for clients.</li>
<li>Manage, coach, and develop a team of RevOps Specialists, Automation Specialists, and HubSpot Consultants.</li>
<li>Foster cross-functional collaboration with internal client delivery teams and external partners to ensure seamless client experience.</li>

Our Ideal Candidate:
<ul>
<li>Education/Background: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or equivalent working experience in business, marketing, or related field (5&ndash;7+ years in RevOps, CRM consulting, or GTM systems leadership).</li>
<li>Proven track record of owning and optimizing HubSpot implementations at scale (HubSpot certifications required).</li>
<li>Strong command of sales/marketing automation, funnel analytics, lifecycle management, lead scoring, attribution, and RevOps KPIs.</li>
<li>Experience managing integrations between HubSpot and tools like Salesforce, Zapier, LinkedIn, Outreach, Google Ads, Clearbit, etc.</li>
<li>Team management or mentorship experience, with evidence of growing junior talent into high performers.</li>
<li>Strong analytical mindset with expertise in reports, dashboards, and forecasting models.</li>
<li>Bonus: Familiarity with M&amp;A-driven RevOps transformation, partner ecosystem management, and productized RevOps services.</li>
<li>Strategic thinker with a bias for action and strong operational execution.</li>
<li>Exceptional communicator who can translate complexity into clarity.</li>
<li>Detail-oriented but pragmatic&mdash;knows when 80% is enough.</li>
<li>Relentlessly curious, always leveling up.</li>
