The role requires strong technical expertise in vacuum systems, electronic/electro-mechanical assemblies, and customer support. The Service Engineer will ensure optimal performance of equipment, minimize downtime, and provide high-quality technical service to clients.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Install, test, and commission vacuum-based electronic assembly systems at customer sites.</li><li>Diagnose technical issues in vacuum pumps, chambers, and electronic control systems, and perform necessary repairs.</li><li>Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure smooth and reliable operations.</li><li>Provide technical support and hands-on training to operators and clients on equipment use, safety, and best practices.</li><li>Monitor system performance, calibrate instruments, and make necessary adjustments to meet quality standards.</li><li>Prepare detailed service reports, maintenance logs, and documentation for client records.</li><li>Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to resolve complex issues.</li><li>Ensure adherence to ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) and cleanroom protocols during service activities.</li><li>Assist in spare parts planning, inventory, and after-sales technical support.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to support long-term service partnerships.</li></ul>Skills and Qualifications<ul><li>Education: Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering.</li><li>Experience: 1&ndash;3 years of experience in servicing electronics, vacuum systems, or precision assembly equipment (freshers with strong technical knowledge may be considered).</li><li>Technical Skills:</li><li>Hands-on experience with vacuum pumps, chambers, gauges, and electronic assemblies.</li><li>Knowledge of troubleshooting electronic/electro-mechanical systems.</li><li>Proficiency with diagnostic tools, multimeters, and measuring instruments.</li><li>Understanding of cleanroom and ESD safety requirements.</li><li>Soft Skills:</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Good communication and customer service skills.</li><li>Willingness to travel for on-site service support.</li></ul>Work Environment<ul><li>Electronics manufacturing and vacuum assembly unit environment.</li><li>Requires strict adherence to safety protocols, ESD protection, and cleanroom procedures.</li><li>Field visits and customer site support are part of regular duties.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
