Project Planning &amp; Design <ul><li>Develop MEP designs for residential towers, commercial buildings, villas, and township projects.</li><li>Ensure MEP layouts fit architectural plans without affecting carpet area, fa&ccedil;ade, or amenities.</li><li>Plan energy-efficient systems to reduce operational cost for clients &amp; residents (HVAC, lighting, pumps).</li><li>Ensure compliance with RERA, NBC, local municipal requirements, and fire department norms.</li></ul>2. Coordination with Architects &amp; Interior Teams<ul><li>Ensure MEP services are integrated smoothly with architectural layouts, false ceilings, shafts, utility rooms, and interior finishes.</li><li>Coordinate with civil/structural teams to avoid conflicts in MEP shafts, risers, and electrical rooms.</li><li>Support architects during floor plan freezing, sample flat works, and model apartment MEP setup.</li></ul>3. Site Execution / Construction Management<ul><li>Supervise installation of:</li><li>Electrical wiring, panels, transformers, DG sets</li><li>HVAC systems (VRF, split AC, ventilation)</li><li>Plumbing, STP, WTP, pumping systems</li><li>Firefighting systems (hydrants, sprinklers, alarms)</li><li>Lift systems &amp; common building services</li><li>Ensure work matches approved drawings and quality standards.</li><li>Check contractor workmanship and raise NCRs if needed.</li><li>Monitor utility connections: water, sewage, electrical, gas supply.</li></ul>4. Vendor &amp; Contractor Management<ul><li>Evaluate MEP contractors and vendors.</li><li>Compare technical quotations and support procurement decisions.</li><li>Approve shop drawings and material submittals.</li><li>Ensure contractors meet project timelines and technical specifications.</li></ul>5. Cost Control &amp; Budgeting<ul><li>Prepare cost estimates, BOQ, and material quantities.</li><li>Track project costs and prevent budget overruns.</li><li>Recommend cost-effective materials &amp; alternative solutions without quality compromise.</li></ul>6. Testing, Commissioning &amp; Handover<ul><li>Oversee:</li><li>Electrical load testing</li><li>Plumbing pressure tests</li><li>Fire-fighting system commissioning</li><li>HVAC balancing</li><li>Lift and escalator testing</li><li>Prepare as-built drawings, O&amp;M manuals, and handover documents for society/association.</li></ul>7. Maintenance Planning (Post-Construction)<ul><li>Support facility management teams with:</li><li>AMC planning</li><li>Snag rectification</li><li>Utility optimization</li><li>Conduct training for building maintenance staff.</li></ul>8.
