Job Title: Assistant Manager &ndash; Marketing (F&amp;B)Department: Marketing Location: Mumbai - Goregoan Reports To: Marketing ManagerJob Summary:The Assistant Manager &ndash; Marketing (F&amp;B) is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive footfall, and increase revenue across restaurants and F&amp;B outlets. This role involves managing ATL/BTL campaigns, digital promotions, brand partnerships, and ensuring consistent brand communication across all platforms.Key Responsibilities:1. Brand &amp; Marketing Strategy:<ul><li>Support the development and implementation of marketing plans for F&amp;B brands and outlets.</li><li>Ensure brand guidelines are maintained across all marketing materials and campaigns.</li><li>Assist in budgeting and tracking marketing expenses.</li></ul>2. Campaign Planning &amp; Execution:<ul><li>Plan and execute promotional activities, festive campaigns, and product launches.</li><li>Coordinate ATL (print, radio, outdoor) and BTL (in-store, events, activations) activities.</li><li>Collaborate with creative agencies for content, design, and production.</li></ul>3. Digital Marketing:<ul><li>Manage social media presence, online campaigns, and influencer collaborations.</li><li>Track performance metrics for digital campaigns (reach, engagement, conversion).</li><li>Coordinate with digital teams for SEO/SEM, email marketing, and online ads.</li></ul>4. PR &amp; Partnerships:<ul><li>Liaise with media houses, influencers, and PR agencies for brand visibility.</li><li>Build strategic alliances with corporates, malls, and event partners.</li></ul>5. Market Research &amp; Analysis:<ul><li>Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights.</li><li>Prepare reports on campaign performance and ROI.</li></ul>6. Internal Coordination:<ul><li>Work closely with operations, culinary, and sales teams to align marketing initiatives.</li><li>Support local outlet-level marketing requirements and branding needs.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s/Master&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.</li><li>2&ndash;5 years of experience in F&amp;B, Hospitality, or Retail marketing.</li><li>Strong understanding of ATL/BTL, digital marketing, and brand communication.</li><li>Excellent communication, creativity, and project management skills.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office, social media tools, and basic design coordination.</li></ul>Key Attributes:<ul><li>Creative thinker with a passion for food and hospitality.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.</li><li>Result-oriented with an analytical mindset.</li><li>Team player with strong interpersonal skills.</li></ul>.Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;40,000.00 - &#8377;60,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
