Key Responsibilities:1. Compliance &amp; Regulatory ManagementEnsure all ROC filings, annual returns, and event-based compliances are completed accurately and on time.Prepare and review Board Resolutions, Minutes, Notices, and other statutory documents.Keep updated with the latest amendments in Companies Act, FEMA, SEBI, LLP Act, and other related regulations.Manage and maintain statutory registers, records, and returns.2.
