We are now looking for a Digital Marketing &amp; Creative Designer to strengthen our brand presence with engaging content, campaigns, and creatives.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, Email Marketing).</li><li>Create flyers, social media posts, short videos/reels, and marketing materials.</li><li>Manage social media accounts and ensure brand consistency.</li><li>Develop and edit content for websites, blogs, and marketing collaterals.</li><li>Track campaign performance and prepare reports.</li><li>Coordinate with the holidays &amp; ticketing teams for promotional activities.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Design, or related field.</li><li>1&ndash;3 years&rsquo; proven experience in digital marketing &amp; creative designing.</li><li>Proficiency in Canva/Photoshop/Illustrator &amp; video editing tools.</li><li>Good knowledge of social media platforms &amp; ad campaigns.</li><li>Creative thinker with excellent content writing and design skills.</li></ul>Salary Package: &#8377;2.0 LPA &ndash; &#8377;5 LPA (Gross) + Performance-Based Incentives.Location: Hyderabad (Somajiguda Office)Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;18,000.00 - &#8377;40,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Food provided</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Digital marketing: 1 year (Required)</li><li>Content creation: 1 year (Required)</li><li>Graphic design: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
