ARKETING COORDINATORPosition SummaryThe Marketing Coordinator supports the development and execution of marketing initiatives across the company.This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to grow their skills in marketing within a well-established manufacturing and architectural products company.Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Support &amp; Coordination<ul><li>Assist with the creation, editing, and distribution of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, product sheets, cut sheets, case studies, and proposals.</li><li>Maintain and update marketing files, photo libraries, brand assets, and product documentation.</li><li>Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and brand initiatives across all product divisions.</li><li>Ensure highest standard and consistent application of Company brand and marks, as well as products</li></ul>Digital &amp; Content Marketing<ul><li>Update and maintain website content, including product pages, blog posts, news updates, and project highlights.</li><li>Draft social media posts and assist with managing content calendars for multiple platforms.</li><li>Help create and edit content (photo, video, graphics) for marketing use.</li><li>Coordinate email campaigns, announcements, and newsletters through approved platforms.</li><li>Work with executive team on strategic implementation</li></ul>Sales Support<ul><li>Assist the sales team with customized collateral, product information, and customer-facing materials.</li><li>Maintain an organized library of up-to-date sales assets.</li><li>Track lead inquiries, marketing-generated opportunities, and follow-up communication where needed.</li></ul>Trade Shows &amp; Events<ul><li>Support planning, logistics, and booth preparation for trade shows, industry events, and conferences.</li><li>Assist with promotional items, signage, materials shipments, and post-event reporting.</li></ul>Market &amp; Competitor Research<ul><li>Conduct basic research on competitors, industry trends, and target markets.</li><li>Gather information to support product positioning and marketing strategy.</li></ul>Administrative &amp; Cross-Functional Work<ul><li>Assist with internal communication materials (announcements, highlights, branded content).</li><li>Coordinate with engineering, project management, and operations to ensure accurate and consistent product information.</li><li>Provide general administrative support to the project management and sales teams.</li></ul>QualificationsRequired:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).</li><li>Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).</li><li>Strong organizational and time-management abilities.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Interest in learning about architectural products, construction industries, and manufacturing.</li></ul>Preferred:<ul><li>Basic experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Canva.</li><li>Experience with website CMS editing.</li><li>Familiarity with social media management tools and LinkedIn.</li><li>E-mail management or CRM experience (ex.
