In this high-impact leadership role, you will oversee production planning, customer service, warehousing, transportation, purchasing, and supplier management across multiple sites.  What You&rsquo;ll Do
 
 
 <ul>

 Lead, mentor, and inspire
 
 a team of 40&ndash;50 employees&mdash;including seasoned managers&mdash;across two strategic locations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee
 
 logistics, warehousing, transportation, inventory, and supplier agreements
 
 with an emphasis on efficiency, compliance, and cost control.
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner closely with Operations, Finance, Marketing, and Quality to ensure a
 
 reliable supply chain that supports strong business performance
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Drive continuous improvement
 
 by optimizing systems, analyzing spend, and implementing best-in-class supply chain strategies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Champion
 
 safety, regulatory compliance, and a culture of operational excellence
 
 at every level of the organization.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 What We&rsquo;re Looking For
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 10+ years of supply chain leadership experience
 
 , ideally in cold storage, poultry, or food &amp; beverage manufacturing.
 </li>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree required;
 
 Master&rsquo;s in Supply Chain or Business preferred
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven success leading
 
 multi-site operations, inventory strategy, and complex logistics networks
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 A
 
 strong people leader
 
 who builds high-performing, engaged teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 Exceptional
 
 negotiation, communication, and organizational
 
 skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Must have strong transportation experience.
 </li>
