</div><ul><li>Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions across various modules.</li><li>Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable, high-quality ServiceNow solutions.</li><li>Provide technical oversight during project execution to ensure the solution aligns with the proposed architecture.</li><li>Develop and maintain architecture standards, frameworks, and governance models for ServiceNow implementations.</li><li>Ensure compliance with design and security standards across all ServiceNow initiatives.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
Presales:</b><br>
</div><ul><li>Act as a key technical and functional advisor during the sales process, engaging with prospective clients to understand their business challenges and propose tailored ServiceNow solutions.</li><li>Lead discovery sessions and workshops to identify client needs and demonstrate the value of the ServiceNow platform.</li><li>Design and deliver customized ServiceNow demos that highlight platform capabilities and align with client objectives.</li><li>Create technical documentation and solution proposals to support the sales process, including architecture diagrams, implementation timelines, and effort estimates.</li><li>Collaborate with sales teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for ServiceNow products and services.</li><li>Stay informed of industry trends and ServiceNow innovations to enhance presales engagements and client proposals.</li></ul><div>
Leadership &amp; Collaboration:<br>
</div><ul><li>Provide technical leadership and mentoring to ServiceNow developers and administrators during both the presales and implementation phases.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle and project execution.</li><li>Work closely with the delivery teams to ensure a seamless transition from presales to project delivery.</li><li>Identify opportunities to enhance client success and drive additional ServiceNow adoption and expansion.</li></ul><div></div><p><br>
Requirements</p><div><b>
Key Qualifications:</b></div><div></div><ul><li><br>
Experience: Minimum 10+ years of experience in IT architecture, with at least 6 years specifically focused on ServiceNow, and 6+ years in a presales or client-facing role.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
Technical Skills:</b><br>
</div><div>
o Strong expertise in ServiceNow architecture, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, CMDB, and other modules.<br>
</div><div>
o Proficiency in ServiceNow development, scripting, and integrations (REST APIs, workflow automation, etc.).<br>
</div><div>
o Experience with web services, data integration, and third-party integrations with ServiceNow.<br>
</div><div>
o Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure) and how ServiceNow integrates with cloud services.<br>
</div><div>
o Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
Presales &amp; Functional Skills:</b><br>
</div><div>
o Proven track record in functional presales, including the ability to lead discovery sessions, craft technical solutions, and deliver compelling product demonstrations.<br>
</div><div>
o Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.<br>
</div><div>
o Experience developing technical documentation, proposals, and solution designs.<br>
</div><div>
o Strong business acumen and ability to align technology solutions with business needs</div></div>
