Job Title: Sales Executive Department: Retail Store Sales Locations: Changodara - Ahmedabad, Chattral, Mahesna, Vadodara, Ankleshwar, Vapi and Surat Reports To: Store ManagerRole PurposeTo maximize sales revenue by engaging with customers, providing accurate product knowledge, promoting offers, and ensuring an excellent buying experience.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Welcome and assist every customer with product queries and suggestions.</li><li>Demonstrate product features, compare alternatives, and guide purchase decisions.</li><li>Upsell, cross-sell, and promote in-house brands and offers.</li><li>Support billing and payment handling during peak hours.</li><li>Maintain product displays, shelf labels, and stock reporting.</li><li>Capture customer feedback, promote loyalty programs, and support local marketing.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>Graduate / Diploma in Sales, Marketing, or Commerce.</li><li>1&ndash;3 years&rsquo; retail sales experience.</li><li>Strong communication and persuasion skills.</li><li>Knowledge of retail promotions and customer service standards.</li><li>Familiarity with POS/billing systems.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;10,000.00 - &#8377;15,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
