About the Role:We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Product Designer with expertise in CAD and 3D design to join our product development team. The role involves conceptualizing, designing, and developing innovative home d&eacute;cor and handicraft items &mdash; blending aesthetic appeal with functionality. You&rsquo;ll collaborate with artisans, production teams, and sourcing units to bring ideas from sketch to finished product.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Conceptualize and design new home d&eacute;cor and garden products (metal, wood, ceramic, glass, etc.).</li><li>Create detailed 2D and 3D CAD drawings, technical specifications, and design renders for prototyping and production.</li><li>Develop 3D rendered visuals and presentations for internal review and client approval.</li><li>Work closely with the production and sampling teams to ensure design feasibility and quality.</li><li>Stay updated with market trends, colors, textures, and materials to develop new collections.</li><li>Collaborate with artisans and manufacturers to translate traditional craftsmanship into modern designs.</li><li>Assist in material selection, cost analysis, and design modifications based on feedback.</li><li>Maintain an organized digital archive of designs, drawings, and product specifications.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Product Design, Industrial Design, or related field.</li><li>2&ndash;5 years of experience in product design, preferably in home d&eacute;cor, lifestyle, or handicraft categories.</li><li>Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Rhino, or Fusion 360, and rendering software like KeyShot, Blender, or V-Ray.</li><li>Hands-on experience with 3D visualization and prototyping.</li><li>Good understanding of materials, finishes, and manufacturing techniques (wood, metal, ceramic, etc.).</li><li>Strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver under deadlines.</li></ul>Nice to Have:<ul><li>Experience working with export houses, lifestyle brands, or artisan-based organizations.</li><li>Knowledge of sustainability practices and eco-friendly materials.</li><li>Familiarity with graphic design tools (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop) for presentation boards.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;22,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
