Responsibilities:</div><div></div><ul><li>
Developing collaborative, strategic partnerships with clients and driving the strategy of some of the world&rsquo;s leading brands</li><li>
Leading ongoing brand equity programmes, communications analysis, learning and applying new cutting edge research solutions, related with AI and brand analytics</li><li>
Leading the client relationships on pitches/proposals, leveraging sector expertise and insight and owning the client value proposition</li><li>
Pioneering new solutions and working with clients to co-create solutions to their business issues</li><li>

Strong expertise in quantitative research methodologies and experience managing research projects</li><li>
Experience having worked in either research agency, client side or media &ndash; advertising agency</li><li>

We are looking for an Account Director to join our Quantitative team in Cairo!</div><div></div><div>
What you'll be doing:</div><ul><li><div>
Interact with key clients on a day-to-day basis, advising to proactively address needs, provide thought leadership and solve business problems that drive satisfaction.</div></li><li><div>
Lead strategically and commercially across all research domains within the Quantitative department.</div></li><li><div>
Be part of our senior leadership team and manage a team of associate directors, supporting them on technically and commercially.</div></li><li><div>
Supervise and deliver against specific account revenue targets, as well as, plan and forecast future revenue across client accounts.</div></li></ul><div></div><div>
The skills &amp; experience you&rsquo;ll need:</div><div></div><div>
We are looking for someone with a flair for building new and nurturing existing relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. In addition, you will need:</div><ul><li><div>
A Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Economics or Business Administration or any relevant degree.</div></li><li><div>
Proven experience (6+ years) leading large quantitative research studies. Experience with brand health tracking, segmentation, U&amp;As, market sizing and other marketing research techniques.</div></li><li><div>
Strategic and commercial client partnering experience, proactively delivering on agreed deliverables and identifying new opportunities for further collaboration.</div></li><li><div>
People management experience.</div></li><li><div>
Fluent in both English &amp; Arabic.</div></li></ul><div></div><div>
