With multiple, complex, and global projects to deliver alongside Business As Usual (BAU), we are looking for a highly motivated individual to develop our Cairo Regional Operations Centre (Cairo ROC).</div><div></div><div>
The Cairo Regional Operations Centre will be part of the group of ROCs that have created global coverage.</div><div></div><div>
The immediate objective is to lead and expand the ROC in Cairo, based on the transfer of existing roles in the stakeholders countries. Implementing the processes, equipment and tools that provide a consistent and centralized data management process, aligned between ROCs, establishing it as the best way to deliver market-leading data to our clients globally.</div><div></div><div>
The geographical spread of our clients and business creates a complex Operations landscape, with the global nature of the team presenting significant opportunities for modernization and consistency across the teams.</div><div></div><div>
Mission (the sell): The Cairo ROC Director reports to the Global ROC Director and will be part of the Global ROCs Leadership Team.</div><div></div><div>
The Cairo ROC Director is responsible to support the Global ROC Director to define the best implementation plans to build the Cairo ROC, and coordinate and liaise with stakeholders in Onshore on running the business as usual ensuring correct and timely deliverables.</div><div></div><div>
The Cairo ROC Director is responsible to support the Global ROC director to define an implement an effective measurement and management of Cairo team capacity and performance with emphasis on transformation that aligns with the Worldpanel modernisation strategy.</div><div></div><div>

Key Responsibilities</div><ul><li>
Overall, global leadership of Cairo ROC; establishing and building a hard-working and highly engaged team of Operations experts that services Cairo ROC stakeholders.</li><li>
Define plans to achieve assigned objectives, to ensure that it is recognized for the successful execution of work, regional and global.</li><li>
Support the Global ROC Director to designing and implementing processes and procedures that make ROC (Cairo ROC included) the best way to deliver market-leading data to our customers globally.</li><li>
Support the Global ROC Director to design, implementation and management of processes to ensure work is accurately defined and managed in the Cairo ROCs that include: intake (estimating and resourcing new and migrating work), capacity management and prioritisation (including roadmaps), change management and ongoing review of operational efficiencies, onboarding and training, governance, indicators, and metrics (for performance and data quality), stakeholder management, workflow and tools and communications.</li><li>
Align Cairo ROC performance management to be consistent across different ROCs</li><li>
Talent management (including career progression) in Cairo ROC, ensuring that attract and retain elite talent.</li><li>
Collaboration across Worldpanel ROCs teams and local stakeholders to align on procedures, approaches, and tools for effective delivery of Operations tasks and projects.</li><li>
Effective stakeholder management (internal and external to Worldpanel) and the ability to successfully navigate conflict to arrive at successful business outcomes.</li><li>
Governance of Cairo ROC processes and practices to ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.</li><li>
