We are a dynamic CS firm seeking a highly motivated and skilled Company Secretary (CS) to join our team. The ideal candidate will take on secretarial duties, demonstrate leadership, and ensure effective compliance with laws and regulations.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Undertake secretarial functions including managing and maintaining corporate records, drafting and filing documents.</li><li>Interpret and apply corporate laws, regulations, and new compliance requirements, providing expert guidance to the team and clients.</li><li>Exhibit strong leadership by guiding and supervising junior team members, ensuring tasks are completed effectively and on time.</li><li>Monitor and ensure that all work is completed within set timelines and project deadlines.</li><li>Liaise with clients to understand their needs, provide guidance, and deliver exceptional service.</li><li>Ensure smooth execution of compliance processes, managing routine and complex tasks while maintaining high standards of accuracy and professionalism.</li><li>Develop and maintain schedules, reports, and timelines for all secretarial tasks, ensuring that objectives and deadlines are met consistently.</li></ul>Required Skills and Qualifications:<ul><li>Must have: Membership in the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).</li><li>Proven experience in handling secretarial work within a corporate or law firm environment.</li><li>Strong understanding of corporate laws, compliance, and governance.</li><li>Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to effectively guide and motivate junior team members.</li><li>Ability to interpret legal requirements and new compliance regulations.</li><li>Sound drafting skills.</li><li>Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to create and adhere to deadlines.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients and teams.</li><li>A proactive, solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.</li></ul>Preferred Skills:<ul><li>Experience working with a diverse client base.</li><li>Knowledge of recent updates in corporate laws, governance, and compliance regulations.</li><li>Previous experience in managing corporate governance structures and handling board meetings.</li></ul>Salary no bar for the most suited candidate.If you are a driven and knowledgeable professional with a strong track record in secretarial work, compliance, and leadership, we encourage you to apply!Please email your resume at csonline24@gmail.com or WhatsApp at 8982915091Job Type: Full-timeExperience:<ul><li>total work: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>Hindi (Preferred)</li><li>English (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
