 Job Description
 
 
 
 We are seeking a professional and organized Human Resource Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions and ensuring the smooth operation of our organization's human resources processes.
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Manage and maintain employee records using HR information systems (HRIS)
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination
 </li>
 <li>
 Support employee onboarding and orientation programs
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle employee relations issues and concerns with professionalism and discretion
 </li>
 <li>
 Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in performance management processes, including annual reviews and goal-setting
 </li>
 <li>
 Support compensation and benefits administration
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and regulations
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with management to address HR-related questions and concerns
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare and analyze HR reports and metrics
 </li>
 <li>
 Participate in HR initiatives and special projects as needed

 </ul>
 Qualifications
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
 </li>
 <li>
 3-5 years of experience in HR roles
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in HR information systems (HRIS) and Microsoft Office Suite
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of recruitment and selection processes
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in employee relations and performance management
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with compensation and benefits administration
 </li>
 <li>
 In-depth understanding of Saudi labor laws and regulations
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
 </li>
 <li>
 Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
 </li>
