 We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our boutique kids&rsquo; entertainment venue in Riyadh. The Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, staff management, customer experience, and f lawless execution of events and birthday parties. This is a hands-on, onsite role that also oversees all internal administration and coordination with external service providers and government entities. The ideal candidate is operationally strong, highly reliable, and comfortable managing both people and processes in a customer-facing environment. Daily Onsite Operations

 Oversee daily opening and closing of the venue Staff scheduling, attendance tracking, and shift management- Handle call-ins, sick leaves, and last-minute replacements.

 Coordinate with suppliers for ordering, deliveries, and invoice follow-up, ensuring timely replenishment, quality control, and accurate documentation for payment processing.
