We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to support our Auto Leasing Division. The role involves outdoor corporate sales, client acquisition, relationship management, and achieving defined sales targets through proactive field activities. Attractive Performance based Incentives.Experience<ul><li>2 to 4 years of relevant experience in corporate outdoor sales, preferably in leasing, automotive, or related industries.</li></ul>Key Requirements<ul><li>Valid Kuwait driving license</li><li>Strong computer literacy (MS Office, CRM systems preferred)</li><li>Good communication and negotiation skills</li><li>Ability to work independently in a field-based role</li></ul>Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Identify and develop new auto leasing business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, and customer development activities.</li><li>Build, maintain, and grow relationships with corporate and individual clients.</li><li>Achieve assigned monthly sales targets and KPIs.</li><li>Conduct regular market research to stay updated on competitor pricing, offers, and market activity.</li><li>Prepare and submit daily sales activity reports and updates to management.</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery to clients.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Strong interpersonal and customer relationship management skills</li><li>Target-driven with a proactive sales mindset</li><li>Good market awareness and analytical ability</li><li>Time management and reporting discipline</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: KD250.000 - KD350.000 per month

Field Sales Executive – Auto Leasing

The Assistant Manager &ndash; Leasing &amp; Rentals will support the overall management of vehicle leasing and rental operations, ensuring efficient fleet utilization, strong spot rental sales performance, and compliance with company policies and local transport regulations. The role requires a hands-on leader with strong operational and people management skills. Attractive performance based IncentivesKey Requirements&middot; Bilingual (Arabic &amp; English)&middot; Valid Kuwait driving license&middot; Strong computer literacy (MS Office, fleet management and rental systems preferred).
