A reputed F&amp; B Company is looking for Service Crew staff to join their operations.The Service Crew member is a versatile frontline professional responsible for maintaining the operational flow and aesthetic standards of the F&amp;B service and outlets. Reporting to the Outlet Supervisor, this role ensures that customer-facing areas are pristine, organized, and fully functional. Whether assisting with order assembly in an F&amp;B context or managing the customer lounge in a service center, the Service Crew member acts as an essential support pillar, reducing wait-time friction and upholding the company's reputation for hospitality and cleanliness.Role &amp; Responsibilities<ul><li>Service Area Readiness: Ensure the customer lounge, dining area, or service lobby is perfectly arranged and stocked with amenities (napkins, condiments, magazines, or chargers) before the shift begins.</li><li>Order &amp; Service Assistance: In F&amp;B environments, assist in the accurate assembly of orders and delivery to tables; in automotive service contexts, proactively greet customers and guide them to the correct service bay or reception counter.</li><li>Rigorous Facility Hygiene: Execute a continuous cleaning and sanitization schedule for high-traffic common areas, restrooms, and digital touchpoints to maintain premium brand standards.</li><li>Proactive Queue Management: Monitor customer flow during peak periods; assist in directing visitors to available seating or open counters to reduce congestion and perceived wait times.</li><li>Equipment Upkeep: Perform daily cleaning and basic maintenance of front-of-house equipment, such as coffee machines, water dispensers, and self-service digital kiosks, ensuring they are always operational.</li><li>Waste Management: Efficiently clear tables or service stations and manage waste disposal areas to ensure a clutter-free and odor-free environment for guests.</li><li>Stock Replenishment: Monitor and refill front-end inventory (e.g., disposable cutlery, sugar sachets, or brochures) from the store room to ensure uninterrupted service.</li></ul>Presentable and Hygienic.Additional benefits- Company provided shared accommodation, transport &amp; Meal on duty will be provided to candidates who are experienced, match the requirements and qualify for the role.Pay: KD175.000 - KD200.000 per monthWork Location: In person

The Service Advisor plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our Quick Service &amp; Tire Service Center. They are responsible for managing customer interactions, assessing service needs, and coordinating service jobs with our team of technicians and mechanics. The Service Advisor is instrumental in achieving service targets, resolving customer issues, and optimizing resource utilization.Role &amp; Responsibilities:1. Customer Interaction: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Listen to customer service requests and concerns attentively.2. Service Assessment: Assess customer vehicles and service requirements accurately. Conduct preliminary inspections and recommend appropriate services.3. Job Allocation: Assign service jobs to the team of technicians and mechanics based on skillset, workload, and job complexity. Ensure efficient bay allocation.4. Service Targets: Work towards achieving daily, weekly, and monthly service targets by coordinating job schedules and optimizing resource utilization.5. Quality Assurance: Monitor service jobs to ensure high-quality workmanship, adherence to service standards, and timely completion of tasks.6. Issue Resolution: Address customer complaints, concerns, or issues promptly and professionally. Collaborate with the team to resolve any service-related problems.7. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service job details, and vehicle information. Prepare service invoices and documentation as needed.8. Technical Knowledge: Stay updated on automotive service procedures, service offerings, and product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.9. Team Collaboration: Work closely with technicians, mechanics, and other service team members to facilitate smooth service operations.10. Customer Education: Educate customers on the importance of regular vehicle maintenance, safety, and service recommendations.11. Resource Management: Optimize bay and resource utilization to maximize service efficiency and minimize wait times.12. Safety: Ensure compliance with safety protocols, including the use of safety equipment and the maintenance of a safe and clean working environment.13. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement, customer service enhancement, and cost control. Share feedback with management for consideration.Qualifications:&middot; High school diploma or equivalent (Automotive technical training or certification is a plus).&middot; Proven experience in a similar role in the automotive or Tire service industry.&middot; Excellent customer service and communication skills.&middot; Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.&middot; Knowledge of automotive service procedures and terminology. Tires knowledge is an advantage.&middot; Proficiency in using computer systems and service management software.&middot; Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.&middot; Team-oriented and collaborative attitude.&middot; Strong problem-solving skillsKnowledge of Arabic (advanced) language is a must.
