We are looking to hire a Maintenance Technician.
 
 
We service and maintain all brands of heating and air conditioning equipment.

Pay Range: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour, depending on experience + Spiffs + Benefits
Benefits: Health (70% employee / 50% family company paid), Dental, Vision, Paid vacation, Paid holidays, Phone, Uniform, Training, Retirement plan with company contribution, and Sick Leave (earned at 1 hour per 30 hours worked, not to exceed 48 hours) 
 
Hours: 8:00 am - 5 pm - with 30-minute lunch; some overtime as needed
 
 
Qualifications:<ul><li>
1+ years of HVAC maintenance experience, preferred</li><li>
HVAC trade school graduation/certification preferred</li><li>
Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record</li><li>
Willingness to invest time in training seminars and classes</li><li>
Commit to a training schedule to receive NATE certifications</li><li>
Follow directions as given, written and verbal</li><li>
Basic Safety knowledge of tools and surroundings</li><li>
Safe use of ladders</li><li>
Comply with ALL SAFETY RULES</li><li>
Arrive on time daily</li><li>
Dress in a workman-like manner</li><li>
Unloading/Stocking supplies and Equipment</li><li>
Unloading/Loading truck</li><li>
Ability to fill out a daily time card accurately</li><li>
Be able to carry up to 70 pounds</li><li>
Possesses both written and verbal English language skills</li><li>
Be able to communicate effectively with today's consumer</li></ul></div>
