Your responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li><div>
Take an active role in our next generation ERP implementation project with a primary scope in supporting the North American deployment</div></li><li><div>
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather and align requirements</div></li><li><div>
Understand and map configurations, as needed</div></li><li><div>
Provide first and second level technical support to end users</div></li><li><div>
Analyze the existing solution and recommend improvements to processes, data and the ERP</div></li><li><div>
Assist in creating end-user documentation</div></li><li><div>
Assist in creation of training materials and deliverables</div></li><li><div>
Support the end-users in using the ERP, promoting best practices</div></li><li><div>
Lead creation of use cases</div></li><li><div>
Test system changes utilizing business use cases and assist users with their testing efforts</div></li><li><div>
Maintain documentation of issues, resolution and knowledge base information</div></li><li><div>
Actively involved in system upgrades, deployment of new features and modules</div></li></ul><p></p><p><b>
Your Profile:</b></p><ul><li><div>
4+ years experience working with Infor LN Cloud and 4+ years experience gathering and documenting business processes</div></li><li><div>
Background in at least one these areas: Project Management, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Production</div></li><li><div>
Commercial or technical background (professional experience and/or degree)</div></li><li><div>
Ability to analyze business processes and implementing Infor LN Cloud ( in an international business environment is a plus)</div></li><li><div>
Experience providing level two technical support and worked hands on during system upgrades, enhancements and deployments</div></li><li><div>
Effective communication skills</div></li><li><div>
Flexibility and willingness to travel</div></li><li><div>
Business fluent English, (orally and in writing), Spanish is an advantage</div></li></ul><p></p><p><b>

We offer a market-compatible gross salary (minimum $ 102,000 - p.a to $126,000.) that will be according to your qualifications and relevant experience</div></li><li><div>
