Your responsibilities:<ul><li>
Take an active role in our next generation ERP implementation project with a primary scope in supporting the North American deployment</li><li>
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather and align requirements</li><li>
Understand and map configurations, as needed</li><li>
Provide first and second level technical support to end users</li><li>
Analyze the existing solution and recommend improvements to processes, data and the ERP</li><li>
Assist in creating end-user documentation</li><li>
Assist in creation of training materials and deliverables</li><li>
Support the end-users in using the ERP, promoting best practices</li><li>
Lead creation of use cases</li><li>
Test system changes utilizing business use cases and assist users with their testing efforts</li><li>
Maintain documentation of issues, resolution and knowledge base information</li><li>
Actively involved in system upgrades, deployment of new features and modules</li></ul>
Your Profile:<ul><li>
4+ years experience working with Infor LN Cloud and 4+ years experience gathering and documenting business processes</li><li>
Background in at least one these areas: Project Management, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Production</li><li>
Commercial or technical background (professional experience and/or degree)</li><li>
Ability to analyze business processes and implementing Infor LN Cloud ( in an international business environment is a plus)</li><li>
Experience providing level two technical support and worked hands on during system upgrades, enhancements and deployments</li><li>
Effective communication skills</li><li>
Flexibility and willingness to travel</li><li>
Business fluent English, (orally and in writing), Spanish is an advantage</li></ul>

We offer a market-compatible gross salary (minimum $ 102,000 - p.a to $126,000.) that will be according to your qualifications and relevant experience</li><li>
