We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Intern to join our team in Bengaluru. This</div><div>
internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain practical experience in a dynamic legal environment.</div><div>
The intern will assist our legal team with various tasks, including legal research, document review,</div><div>
and drafting. This role is ideal for a final-year law student or recent law graduate looking to build a</div><div>

Responsibilities:</b></div><ul><li>
Assist in legal research and analysis on various legal issues.</li><li>
Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and correspondence.</li><li>
Review and analyse Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).</li><li>
Compile relevant information for documentation.</li><li>
Maintain and organize legal files and documents and work on contract management tools.</li><li>
Assist with administrative tasks related to legal work.</li><li>
Support the legal team with other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.</li><li>
Work with and understand the Indian Contract Act 1872.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
Required Skills and Qualifications:</b></div><ul><li>
Final-year student pursuing a Bachelor of Laws (LLB), or a recent law graduate.</li><li>
Strong understanding of legal principles and concepts, particularly the Indian Contract Act 1872.</li><li>
Ability to review and understand NDAs.</li><li>
Excellent research and analytical skills.</li><li>
Strong drafting and verbal communication skills.</li><li>
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.</li><li>
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>
Ability to maintain confidentiality.</li></ul></div>

Key Responsibilities</div><br>

Edit and produce short-form and long-form videos for marketing campaigns, product demos, customer testimonials, and social media.</li><li>
Work closely with the marketing and product teams to translate technical concepts into engaging visual stories.</li><li>
Add motion graphics, animations, and text overlays to make videos more engaging.</li><li>
Maintain brand guidelines and consistency across all video content.</li><li>
Assist in repurposing webinar recordings, podcasts, and event footage into bite-sized clips.</li><li>
Research industry trends to create fresh, engaging video formats suitable for B2B SaaS audiences.</li></ul><div>
Requirements</div><br>

Pursuing or completed a degree/diploma in Media, Film, Communication, or a related field.</li><li>
Proficiency in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.</li><li>
Basic knowledge of motion graphics and animation.</li><li>
Understanding of social media platforms (LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, Instagram) and their video requirements.</li><li>
Strong storytelling skills and attention to detail.</li><li>
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul><div>
