We are seeking an experienced Sprint Manager / Project Manager to join our team and play a</div><div>
pivotal role in delivering high-quality projects on time and within scope. The ideal candidate will</div><div>
be responsible for managing sprint cycles, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring</div><div>
smooth project delivery through agile best practices. You&rsquo;ll work closely with stakeholders,</div><div>
product managers, developers, and other team members to foster a collaborative and</div><div>

Key Responsibilities:</b></div><div></div><div><br>
1. Sprint Management:</div><ul><li>Lead sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives,</li></ul><div>
ensuring agile best practices are upheld.</div><ul><li>Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize and groom backlogs, ensuring</li></ul><div>
sprint goals align with project and business objectives.</div><ul><li>Monitor sprint progress, manage sprint burndown, and adjust plans as needed to</li></ul><div>
ensure timely delivery of features and bug fixes.</div><ul><li>Hands on story Point estimation technique.</li></ul><div>
2. Project Management:</div><ul><li>Keep Informed all stakeholders about progress and obstacles.</li><li>Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve dependencies and ensure</li></ul><div>
smooth project flow across departments.</div><ul><li>Sharing Sprint reports with Management.</li><li>Hands on SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) Technique.</li></ul><div></div><div><br>
3. Team Coordination and Communication:</div><ul><li>Foster a collaborative team environment that supports engagement, productivity,</li></ul><div>
and mutual respect among all team members.</div><ul><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related communication, keeping</li></ul><div>
stakeholders informed of project status, issues, and changes.</div><ul><li>Coordinate and facilitate meetings with internal teams, stakeholders, and vendors</li></ul><div>
as necessary, documenting and following up on actionable items.</div><div></div><div><br>
4. Process Improvement:</div><ul><li>Evaluate and continuously improve agile practices and project management</li></ul><div>
processes, ensuring they remain efficient, scalable, and effective.</div><ul><li>Drive initiatives for process standardization and tool implementation to enhance</li></ul><div>
team performance.</div><ul><li>Advocate for best practices in agile methodologies, project management, and</li></ul><div>
sprint planning to drive continuous improvement and efficiency.</div><div></div><div><br>
5. Reporting and Metrics:</div><ul><li>Track and report key performance metrics, including velocity, burn rate, and</li></ul><div>
sprint/project status.</div><div></div><ul><li><br>
Use data to provide insights into team performance, project progress, and areas</li></ul><div>
for improvement.</div><ul><li>Prepare project dashboards and status reports for management, providing clear</li></ul><div>
visibility into project timelines and deliverables.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
Qualifications:</b></div><div></div><ul><li><br>
Experience:</li></ul><div></div><ul><li><br>
2+ years of experience in project management or agile sprint management, with</li></ul><div>
a strong background in software development or technology environments.</div><ul><li>Proven experience leading sprints and projects in an Agile/Scrum environment.</li><li>2+ years of experience in Jira automations/Dashboards</li></ul><div></div><ul><li><br>
Skills:</li></ul><div></div><ul><li><br>
Strong knowledge of agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.</li><li>Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira) and agile frameworks.</li><li>Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in a</li></ul><div>
