Responsibilities (Consisting in, but not limited)<ul><li>Conceptualize and design exquisite fine jewellery collections, including rings, necklaces, earrings, and bracelets.</li><li>Develop detailed technical drawings models for production.</li><li>Work closely with craftsmen, gemologists, and production teams to ensure the highest quality standards.</li><li>Recommend gemstones, metals, and materials for new designs.</li><li>Stay updated on luxury jewellery trends and incorporate innovative design techniques.</li><li>Create mood boards, sketches, and presentations for new design concepts.</li><li>Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align designs with customer preferences and business goals.</li><li>Ensure designs meet cost, feasibility, and brand standards.</li><li>Oversee the sampling and prototyping process, making necessary modifications to achieve perfection.</li></ul>Essential Skills:<ul><li>Strong artistic and creative vision.</li><li>Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Corel Draw and Photoshop. Procreate knowledge will be preferable.</li><li>Excellent understanding of gemstones, metals, and fine jewellery craftsmanship.</li><li>Strong sketching and rendering skills.</li><li>Knowledge of jewellery market trends and customer preferences.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, luxury-driven environment.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and precision in design execution.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;400,000.00 - &#8377;1,000,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
