Manager/ Sr. Manager - Logistics<ul><li>Container &amp; Shipment Planning</li><li>Import Operations, Nomination accuracy for import shipments (Air/Sea)</li><li>Export Operations</li><li>Experience in managing Minimum of 200 - 300 container shipments a month</li><li>Evaluate and select logistics service providers, carriers, and third-party logistics (3PL) partners, negotiating contracts, rates, and service level agreements (SLAs) to achieve cost savings and service quality for DDP &amp; CIF Shipments</li><li>Conduct performance analysis and KPI tracking for logistics operations, measuring key metrics such as on-time delivery and transportation costs, and implementing improvements or corrective actions as needed.</li><li>Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and industry regulations governing transportation &amp; warehousing activities, maintaining documentation and records as required.</li><li>Vendor &amp; Service Provider Management - Performance evaluation of service providers (delivery timelines, cost efficiency)</li><li>Cross-functional Collaboration - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, manufacturing, sales, and customer service, to align logistics activities.</li><li>Billing &amp; Financial Coordination - Cost variance tracking vs budgeted logistics spend</li><li>MIS &amp; Reporting - Monthly MIS submission timeliness, Insights generated for strategic decisions</li><li>Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, or issues related to logistics, transportation, or delivery, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Experience of 12-15 Years</li><li>Having knowledge of International Logistics</li><li>Having knowledge of Indian Custom Clearance</li><li>Good knowledge of Export Operations for Incoterms CIF, FOB DAP &amp; DDP</li><li>Good connections with Shipping Lines &amp; Freight Forwarders</li><li>Having experience of handling shipments to US &amp; LATAM (DDP Shipments)</li><li>Hands on Experience on Excel &amp; SAP</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;1,200,000.00 - &#8377;1,700,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
