ESSENTIAL DUTIES:</b></p><ul><li>
Diagnose Commercial Plumbing Issues: Utilize observation, testing, and set up to identify plumbing problems.</li><li>
Equipment Troubleshooting: Disassemble and reassemble both large and small commercial equipment for troubleshooting.</li><li>
Maintenance and Inspections: Conduct planned maintenance and inspections as outlined in service agreements.</li><li>
Water Heater and Boiler Services: Handle maintenance, troubleshooting, replacement, and system installation for water heaters, boilers, boiler pumps, circulating systems, and boiler controllers.</li><li>
Service Contracts and Calls: Complete service contracts, quoted projects, and demand service calls as directed.</li><li>
Customer Relationships: Build long-term relationships with customers, ensuring they understand and are satisfied with the work performed.</li><li>
Project Communication: Keep all project stakeholders informed and document project status.</li><li>
Technical Support: Assist other service technicians, providing technical support.</li><li>
Subcontractor Coordination: Coordinate the work of subcontractors and provide training and guidance to technicians.</li><li>
Multi-Project Management: Manage multiple tasks across various projects with minimal impact between them.</li><li>
Installation Planning: Review job contract specifications and assist with the installation plan.</li><li>
Project Coordination: Ensure work aligns with the project and start-up schedule.</li><li>
Safe Driving: Safely operate a motor vehicle and trailer, adhering to company driving policies and safety requirements.</li><li>
Invoicing Documentation: Document invoicing data based on hours worked and materials/equipment used.</li><li>
Vehicle Maintenance: Maintain equipment, tools, and inventory stock on the service vehicle.</li></ul><div><b>
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:</b></div><ul><li>
Must hold a valid Texas Journeyman Plumber License with the State of Texas.</li><li>
Service Savvy: Advanced knowledge of service processes, techniques, and codes.</li><li>
Blueprint Reader: Ability to read schematics and blueprints.</li><li>
Initiative-taker: Perform effectively as a self-managed individual.</li><li>
Professional Presence: Exhibit a professional demeanor with strong people skills and excellent communication.</li><li>
Excellent organizational and time management skills.</li><li>
Strong business ethics.</li><li>
Ethical Excellence: Demonstrate strong business ethics at all times.</li><li>
Familiarity with the Service Titan or equivalent (EOS) software.</li><li>
Ability to work independently, and as a team member.</li></ul></div></div></div><p></p><ul><li><br>
8-hour shift</li><li>Monday to Friday</li><li>On call</li><li>Weekends as needed</li></ul><br>
Expected hours: 40 &ndash; 60 per week</div>
