 We are looking for a motivated
 
 Production Executive
 
 to support the Production Manager in ensuring smooth, safe, and efficient manufacturing operations. This role focuses on managing day-to-day production activities, monitoring team performance, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Supervise and support the production team in daily operations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure production activities comply with safety, quality (ASTM), and environmental guidelines.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor production KPIs and report performance to the Production Manager.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in implementing continuous improvement initiatives and Lean Manufacturing practices.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with Quality, R&amp;D, and Supply Chain teams to support operational efficiency.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support production planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Escalate operational issues and improvement opportunities to the Production Manager.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications:
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 3&ndash;5 years of experience in production, preferably in activated carbon or chemical manufacturing.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in team supervision and operational coordination.
 </li>
 <li>
 Solid knowledge of safety, quality standards (ASTM), and production processes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluent in English
 </li>
