A Senior Project Manager leads complex, high‑value implementation projects from sales handover through final acceptance, owning scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk, and customer satisfaction. This role serves as the strategic partner for customers and internal teams, driving solution alignment, commercial performance, and operational excellence. The Senior PM manages multi‑stakeholder projects, negotiates change orders, ensures strong financial outcomes, and provides leadership across engineering, software, supply chain, and service. They also mentor project managers, improve processes and tools, and contribute to organizational growth in a fast‑paced, startup‑like environment.
Your tasks
The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading large, complex implementation projects from sales handover through final acceptance. This role manages all aspects of project delivery, including scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk, and customer satisfaction. It requires coordination across engineering, software, supply chain, installation partners, and service teams to ensure successful execution and alignment with customer requirements.
The Senior Project Manager provides strategic input during the sales phase, supports solution development, and ensures structured transitions between sales, realization, and service. Responsibilities include financial oversight, forecasting, margin protection, change order negotiation, and proactive risk management. The role also contributes to organizational development by mentoring project managers, improving project tools and processes, and supporting governance standards.

Advanced project leadership &mdash; Demonstrated ability to lead multi‑phase automation or logistics projects with complex technical, operational, and commercial requirements.<ul><li>
Cross‑functional coordination &mdash; Proven success aligning engineering, software, supply chain, installation partners, and service teams toward unified project outcomes.</li><li>
Strategic communication &mdash; Ability to communicate clearly with executive stakeholders, translate technical concepts into business impacts, and manage expectations across diverse audiences.</li><li>
Commercial and financial acumen &mdash; Experience managing project budgets, forecasting, margin protection, contract terms, and change‑order negotiation.</li><li>
Risk and governance discipline &mdash; Strong capability in identifying risks early, implementing mitigation plans, and maintaining structured project governance.</li><li>
Process improvement mindset &mdash; Ability to evaluate existing tools, templates, and workflows and contribute to continuous improvement across the project organization.</li><li>
Mentorship and team development &mdash; Experience guiding project managers or junior team members, supporting skill development, and reinforcing best practices.</li><li>
Technical literacy &mdash; Comfortable working with automation systems, warehouse technologies, IT integrations, and design tools such as AutoCAD and project management platforms.</li><li>
Customer‑centric approach &mdash; Ability to understand customer operations, anticipate needs, and maintain strong long‑term relationships.</li><li>
Adaptability in growth environments &mdash; Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, evolving organization with shifting priorities and emerging processes.</li></ul>
