Are you a consultative sales expert with a passion for winning market share in the medical device landscape? We are seeking an exceptional Sales Executive in the<b> </b>greater area to join our dynamic sales organization. In this pivotal territory, you will deliver our industry-leading endoscopic products and solutions to healthcare providers across hospitals, surgery centers, clinics, and physician offices. You'll be more than just a salesperson&mdash;you'll be a trusted consultant, guiding healthcare professionals in choosing the best solutions to meet their needs.<br>
</p><p></p><p><b>What you&rsquo;ll be doing:</b></p><br>
<p></p>
<ul>
<li><p>Drive sales and exceed annual quotas within the Surgical specialties including minimally invasive surgical video imaging, operating room integration, and endoscopic instruments.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, nurses, and administrative personnel in advanced healthcare settings.</p>
</li>
</ul><ul><li><p>Actively pursue new business opportunities and expand market share.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Present product features and benefits effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Stay informed about market trends and competitive products, providing valuable feedback to management.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Handle and transport medical equipment weighing 1-35lbs.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Spend at least 30 hours per week visiting geographically dispersed local customers in medical sites.</p></li></ul><br>

</p><p><b>What you need to be considered for the role:</b></p><br>
<p></p>
<ul>
<li><p><b>Experience</b>: 2-4 years of B2B sales experience (preferably medical devices).</p>
</li>
<li><p><b>Education</b>: Bachelor's degree or equivalent sales experience.</p>
</li>
<li><p><b>Skills</b>: Strategic territory management, strong communication, and the ability to establish trust and credibility with key stakeholders to articulate KSUS&rsquo; value proposition through alignment of products/solution for better patient outcomes.
</p></li><li><p><b>Travel</b>: 30+ hours per week driving to customer sites, occasional domestic travel (up to 10%).</p></li></ul><br>

Position Summary:</b></p>

The Region Sales Manager (RSM) &ndash; Surgical is responsible for leading sales efforts and achieving revenue targets across surgical specialties (Laparoscopy, Gastroenterology, Arthroscopy, CV/Thoracoscopy) and project business (Video Imaging and OR1 Integration) in the Carolinas region. The RSM will specifically will support: state of Florida. The hired candidate will be required to live in the above posted cities.</p><br>

<li><p>Minimum 5 years of management experience, including 2+ years in medical device sales (surgical preferred).</p>

<li><p>Proven ability to lead and motivate sales teams.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Strong communication, organizational, and presentation skills.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and travel up to 50%.</p>
