At KARL STORZ North America we&rsquo;re looking for a <b>Team Lead, Material Coordinator</b> to join our operations team. In this role, you&rsquo;ll lead stockroom activities that keep production running smoothly and ensure that all materials are available, accurate, and compliant with quality standards. You&rsquo;ll balance hands-on work with team leadership, supporting associates while driving efficiency, accuracy, and safety.</p><br>

Hours:</b> 1st shift: 7:00 a.m. &ndash; 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday (some OT as needed)</p><br>

What you&rsquo;ll be doing:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Lead and coordinate daily stockroom operations, ensuring timely material flow to the production floor.</li>
<li>Oversee cycle count programs, investigate discrepancies, and drive root cause analysis.</li>
<li>Monitor inventory accuracy in SAP and ensure compliance with FDA, ISO 13485, and ISO 9001 requirements.</li>
<li>Train and coach team members to follow SOPs, safety practices, and quality standards.</li>
<li>Partner with operations to expedite critical materials and troubleshoot issues.</li>
<li>Drive continuous improvement through 6S, waste reduction, and process enhancements.</li></ul><br>

<p><b>
What you&rsquo;ll need to be considered for this position:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>5+ years of experience in materials coordination, stockroom, or inventory management.</li>
<li>Advanced SAP knowledge and strong Excel skills.</li>
<li>Prior experience leading or mentoring team members.</li>
<li>Comfortable with physical requirements: lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for extended periods, operating pallet jacks, and handling packaged materials.</li>
<li>Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul><br>
