KARL STORZ Endoscopy-America, Inc. is seeking a driven <b>Sales Executive</b> for the Portland, OR region. The Sales Executive will be responsible for selling and supporting KARL STORZ Airway Management products within their assigned territory, working directly with healthcare professionals in hospitals, surgery centers, emergency rooms, and clinics.</p><br>

Key Responsibilities:</b></p><br>
<p></p>
<ul>
<li>Achieve assigned sales quotas as outlined in the annual Business Plan.</li>
<li>Conduct in-service product training for new and existing customers.</li>
<li>Manage and develop relationships with key decision-makers at local medical sites.</li>
<li>Promote and sell service contracts and products across the KARL STORZ portfolio.</li>
<li>Monitor service and product sales activity to ensure business goals are met.</li>
<li>Participate in local and national trade shows and conventions.</li>
<li>Collaborate with internal sales and support teams.</li></ul><br>

Requirements:</b></p><br>
<p></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree or 2-4 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in medical device sales.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of healthcare and medical device industries.</li>
<li>Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the territory daily.</li>
<li>Ability to lift and transport medical equipment weighing up to 35 lbs.</li>
<li>Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills.</li></ul><br>

Work Environment:</b></p><br>

<ul>
<li>30+ hours per week on the road visiting customer sites.</li>
<li>Frequent entry into medical procedure rooms and sterile environments.</li>

Position Overview</b></div>

The Sales Associate supports sales activities within the assigned territory and, as needed, in additional markets across the United States. This position plays a critical role in product demonstrations, trial coordination, installation support, and ongoing customer engagement. The individual will work both independently and in close partnership with the local sales team to advance business objectives and ensure exceptional customer service.</div><br>

<li>Support achievement of annual sales goals through product demonstrations, evaluations, and case coverage</li>
<li>Assist with installations and in-servicing of newly purchased equipment</li>
<li>Build and maintain professional relationships with clinical and administrative personnel</li>
<li>Provide sales quotations, support promotional initiatives, and contribute to compliant sales strategies</li>
<li>Educate customers on proper use, care, and handling of KARL STORZ products</li>
<li>Troubleshoot equipment issues and provide timely support in operating rooms and other clinical environments</li>
<li>Maintain accurate records, manage demonstration inventory, and complete all required training</li>
<li>Travel extensively to customer sites, including hospitals, surgery centers, and other healthcare facilities</li></ul><br>

Qualifications</b></div>

Required:</b></div>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or equivalent professional experience</li>
<li>Minimum of 2 years of experience, preferably within medical devices or healthcare</li>
<li>Ability to travel up to 90% and meet all hospital credentialing requirements</li>
<li>Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and perform effectively under pressure</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with clinical call points (OR, Bio-Med, Central Processing)</li>
<li>Ability to lift up to 35 lbs</li>
<li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license</li></ul><br>
