Job Summary:The Patient Relations Executive serves as the primary point of contact for patients and their families, ensuring a positive experience throughout their journey at the Ayurveda hospital. This role involves coordinating appointments, handling patient queries, assisting with admissions and discharges, and ensuring that the hospital&rsquo;s service standards and Ayurvedic values are upheld in every patient interaction.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Greet and assist patients and visitors with warmth, empathy, and professionalism.</li><li>Manage patient registration, admission, and discharge procedures efficiently.</li><li>Provide information about Ayurveda treatments, therapies, and wellness packages.</li><li>Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and departments to ensure smooth patient flow.</li><li>Handle patient inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and respectful manner.</li><li>Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality at all times.</li><li>Schedule appointments and follow up for consultations, treatments, or wellness programs.</li><li>Support foreign and domestic patients with guidance on hospital processes and Ayurvedic therapies.</li><li>Assist in organizing patient education programs, wellness workshops, or health camps.</li><li>Prepare daily/weekly reports related to patient satisfaction, feedback, and service quality.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Up to &#8377;17,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
