Motorsports of Chicago is looking for an all-star support office assistant to join our team! Motorsports of Chicago is a wholesale vehicle dealership specializing in the purchase and resale of motorcycles and automobiles nationwide. We are a hardworking but positive crew and need someone with a matching energy. Generally, we are laid- back by nature but like to keep the work-flow very busy and fast paced. We don&rsquo;t undermine anyone on our team and believe every cog in the machine is as valuable as the rest! Automobile title experience highly preferred but will to train the right candidate who shows capability in keeping up with quick paced multitasking with a can-do attitude.The hired in this position will oversee a variety of office support assignments, including but not limited to title application work, transcribing information, pick up and drop off type errand runs, phoning contacts for requests and follow ups, scanning/tracking of important documents, etc.REQUIREMENTS<ul><li>Professional and courteous phone voice</li><li>Capability to multitask quickly while staying organize</li><li>Capability to type at 40+ wpm</li><li>Knowledge of computer software such as Apple products, Microsoft Excel, and others.</li><li>Knowledge of scanning, uploading, saving, and sharing documents</li><li>Knowledge of accurate data entry</li><li>Knowledge or capability to learn vehicular title work</li><li>Valid Driver&rsquo;s License and your own personal vehicle</li><li>Ability for prompt communication via text</li><li>Loyal and accountable</li></ul>NOTE: it may be required 1-2 times a day to pick up or drop off items within city limits (Orland Park) and it will be required you take your own vehicle to do so. Also, a lot of communication will be done via text with upper management with your personal cell phone as it&rsquo;s the preferred method of communication during busy days.WHAT WE OFFER<ul><li>Starting pay $37,440-$43,680 an year depending on experience. End of fiscal year raise each year dependent on performance.</li><li>Full-time position: expected to be in office 8 hours a day. Position is salaried with a paid breaks.</li><li>80 hours PTO with rollover and fully paid health/vision/dental benefits</li><li>No formal dress code, we&rsquo;re comfy here!</li><li>Understanding staff who appreciates your hardwork!</li></ul>Hours are Monday through Friday, 9am-5pm.
