Job Title: Email &amp; WhatsApp Marketing ExecutiveDepartment: Digital MarketingLocation: Bangalore, IndiaPosition Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Email &amp; WhatsApp Marketing Executive to join our Digital Marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing end-to-end campaigns across Email and WhatsApp platforms to drive engagement, generate leads, and enhance customer experience.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop, schedule, and execute targeted Email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns aligned with ongoing promotions and business objectives.</li><li>Manage customer segmentation and automation workflows to deliver personalized communication.</li><li>Coordinate with the Creative team to ensure visually appealing and brand-aligned campaign content.</li><li>Track, monitor, and analyze campaign performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and unsubscribe rates.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Creative, Operations) to ensure consistent and timely communication to prospects and members.</li><li>Conduct A/B testing to optimize campaign effectiveness.</li><li>Manage contact lists and ensure compliance with data privacy and opt-in regulations.</li><li>Provide regular reports and insights on campaign performance with actionable recommendations.</li><li>Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital communication and marketing automation.</li></ul>Key Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>1-2 years of experience in Email or WhatsApp Marketing (preferably in hospitality, travel, or lifestyle industry).</li><li>Hands-on experience with email automation tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Sendinblue, Zoho, HubSpot, or similar).</li><li>Familiarity with WhatsApp Business API or related automation tools (e.g., WATI, Twilio, etc.).</li><li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.</li><li>Excellent communication and copywriting skills.</li><li>Knowledge of HTML for email templates will be an added advantage.</li></ul>Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Job Type: Full-timePay: Up to &#8377;540,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person
