Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Prepare and verify quantity take-offs from drawings and site measurements.</li><li>Assist in the preparation of estimates, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), and rate analysis for new and ongoing projects.</li><li>Prepare client bills, subcontractor bills, and reconciliation statements.</li><li>Verify contractor bills with respect to executed quantities and approved drawings.</li><li>Maintain and update measurement books (MBs) and project billing records.</li><li>Coordinate with the planning, procurement, and site execution teams to gather project data for billing.</li><li>Support in cost estimation, tendering, and bid preparation for new projects.</li><li>Track project progress and assist in preparing progress reports.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company standards, contracts, and project specifications.</li><li>Assist in site visits and inspections for verification of work done.</li></ul>Required Skills and Competencies:<ul><li>Strong knowledge of civil engineering drawings and specifications.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation software (e.g., Candy, Primavera, or similar).</li><li>Good understanding of rate analysis and standard schedule of rates (SOR).</li><li>Analytical thinking and attention to detail.</li><li>Effective communication and teamwork skills.</li><li>Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;18,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
