Key Responsibilities<ul>
<li>Oversee day-to-day management of assigned properties to maintain quality standards and maximize occupancy.</li>
<li>Lead, train, and develop on-site staff to deliver superior customer service and operational excellence.</li>
<li>Manage tenant relations including lease negotiations, renewals, collections, and conflict resolution.</li>
<li>Prepare and manage property budgets, monitor expenses, and analyze financial performance.</li>
<li>Coordinate maintenance and repair projects to ensure property safety and aesthetics.</li>
<li>Execute marketing strategies to attract and retain residents.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulatory requirements.</li>

Requirements 
<ul>
<li>Minimum 3 years of experience in multifamily property management or related real estate field.</li>
<li>Associate&rsquo;s degree or higher in Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred.</li>
<li>Bilingual proficiency required for effective communication with diverse resident populations.</li>
<li>Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.</li>
<li>Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.</li>
<li>Certain property management certifications (CAM, CAPS) are a plus.</li>

Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and financially sharp Treasury &amp; Finance Operations Analyst to own daily treasury, cash, and finance operations across a multi-entity real estate portfolio. This role sits at the intersection of cash management, payment operations, banking administration, and financial reporting &mdash; and requires someone highly organized, sound in judgment, and able to serve as a reliable bridge between leadership, banking partners, an offshore accounting team, external deal partners, and vendors.
The right person is the operational backbone of the finance function: trusted to keep the cash picture accurate, payments moving correctly, entities in good standing, and nothing falling through the cracks.

Key Responsibilities
Treasury &amp; Cash Management<ul><li>Maintain a real-time view of available funds, deposits, float timing, and balances across all entities</li><li>Coordinate intercompany fund movements and loans with proper documentation</li><li>Execute refunds and account reallocations; confirm completion to relevant parties</li><li>Obtain funding approvals from leadership before executing material payments</li><li>Monitor daily liquidity and escalate funding gaps or timing mismatches proactively</li></ul>
Payment Execution &amp; Disbursement<ul><li>Initiate payments through banking portals per internal approval workflows</li><li>Verify wire instructions before execution and send payment confirmations to counterparties</li><li>Coordinate disbursement timing against funding availability to prevent overdrafts or missed obligations</li><li>Process OPEX and vendor invoices through the ERP system; follow up on missing approvals or documentation</li><li>Manage payroll funding for employees and contractors in coordination with HR or external payroll providers</li></ul>
Daily Cash Reporting<ul><li>Prepare and distribute daily cash reports to leadership covering balances, inflows, outflows, and net positions</li><li>Maintain a master cash tracker reflecting actual net cash per account &mdash; distinct from bank balances &mdash; capturing all ACH, check, wire, and transfer activity</li><li>Respond to leadership questions on balances and transactions with clarity and accuracy</li></ul>
Property &amp; Deal-Level Funding<ul><li>Manage property-level funding requests across the portfolio; track pending vs. completed transfers and communicate status to leadership</li><li>Flag priority funding needs and gaps with sufficient lead time for leadership to act</li><li>Build and maintain deal-specific Excel trackers showing sources, uses, and reconciled cash positions; present to stakeholders as needed</li></ul>
Accounting Coordination<ul><li>Act as the US-side point of contact for the offshore accounting team, providing bank statements, transaction data, and reporting inputs for reconciliations and financials</li><li>Pursue missing invoices and documentation to support timely bookkeeping</li><li>Distribute banking files, debit files, and financial documentation to internal and external stakeholders</li><li>Support month-end close by ensuring cash activity is accurately reflected and open items are resolved</li></ul>
Transaction Validation &amp; Accounting Guidance<ul><li>Review transactions for proper accounting treatment and advise the accounting team on recording, including identifying wash entries and intercompany items</li><li>Respond to external partners and deal counterparties on accounting and payment questions</li></ul>
Banking Administration<ul><li>Open, close, and maintain operating accounts across entities; manage banking documentation and user access</li><li>Set up and monitor fraud tools including Positive Pay and ACH filters; review and disposition exception items</li><li>Serve as primary contact for day-to-day bank inquiries and issue resolution</li></ul>
Entity Compliance &amp; Tax<ul><li>Coordinate with county and city agencies to maintain entity good standing; set up comptroller portal access and ensure timely tax payments</li><li>Support preparation and distribution of 1099s across all entities</li><li>Track compliance and tax deadlines and surface upcoming obligations before they become urgent</li></ul>

What This Role Is Not
This role requires end-to-end ownership &mdash; not someone who waits for direction on routine payments or surfaces funding problems after the fact. The expectation is independent prioritization, early flagging of issues, and a high degree of reliability and discretion.

Qualifications<ul><li>3&ndash;5 years in treasury operations, cash management, or a combined treasury and accounting role</li><li>Real estate experience is strongly preferred; multi-entity structures, intercompany accounting, and property-level funding familiarity is a plus</li><li>Strong Excel skills; able to build cash trackers, reconciliation schedules, and funding models from scratch</li><li>Hands-on experience with banking portals, wire initiation, Positive Pay, and ACH management</li><li>Familiarity with RealPage, Rent Manager, MRI, QuickBooks, or similar platforms</li><li>Experience coordinating with offshore or remote accounting teams</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication across leadership, partners, vendors, and government agencies</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in finance, Accounting, or Business preferred; equivalent experience considered</li></ul>
