We handle branding, design, product shoots, website development, and performance marketing for multiple online brands.We are looking for a Social Media Content Creator who is active on Instagram and/or TikTok, understands trends and viral formats, and can plan, shoot, and edit Reels/short videos using a mobile phone.Most of our content is lifestyle and fashion-focused, and involves being regularly on camera for women-focused products and styling content.Responsibilities<ul><li>Create short-form video content for:</li><li>Instagram Reels</li><li>TikTok</li><li>(Optional) YouTube Shorts</li><li>Appear on camera to:</li><li>Talk directly to the audience (reviews, tips, product highlights, storytelling)</li><li>Perform trends, transitions, lip-syncs, and action-based content</li><li>Recreate and adapt trending Reels/TikToks in line with brand guidelines.</li><li>Shoot content primarily using a mobile phone (and basic studio setup when provided).</li><li>Edit videos using:</li><li>CapCut, VN, Canva, or similar mobile editing applications</li><li>Add engaging elements to videos:</li><li>Text overlays and subtitles</li><li>Transitions, filters, and effects</li><li>Trending sounds and music</li><li>Stay updated on:</li><li>Social media trends and viral formats</li><li>Trending sounds, hashtags, and challenges on Instagram and TikTok</li><li>Write simple hooks, scripts, and captions suitable for our target audience.</li><li>Collaborate with design, marketing, and product teams for content ideas and campaigns.</li><li>Maintain a consistent posting schedule and help grow reach, views, and engagement.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Social Media Presence:</li><li>Active, public Instagram and/or TikTok account (must share handle/links when applying).</li><li>Education:</li><li>Minimum Intermediate (F.A / F.Sc) or equivalent.</li><li>Experience:</li><li>0&ndash;2 years in content creation / social media.</li><li>Strong personal content or portfolio (Reels/TikToks/short videos) is acceptable.</li><li>Skills &amp; Profile:</li><li>Confident and comfortable appearing on camera regularly.</li><li>Good understanding of Instagram/TikTok trends and viral content.</li><li>Hands-on experience with CapCut, VN, Canva, or similar mobile editing tools.</li><li>Ability to create:</li><li>Talking/voice-based Reels (explaining, reviewing, storytelling)</li><li>Action-only Reels (trends, transitions, styling, BTS, aesthetic shots)</li><li>Able to shoot decent-quality videos using a smartphone.</li><li>Strong sense of visuals, aesthetics, and pacing for short-form video.</li><li>Active user of social media, aware of youth culture and trending formats.</li><li>Good communication skills in Urdu; basic English is a plus.</li><li>Punctual, responsible, and able to meet content deadlines.</li></ul>Schedule<ul><li>8 hour shift</li><li>Day shift</li><li>Monday to Saturday</li><li>Sunday off</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
