Job Description:We are looking for a proactive and dedicated HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll, employee relations, and engagement. The ideal candidate should be confident, organized, and able to handle multiple responsibilities across locations.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Recruitment: Fill manpower gaps for designated locations and ensure timely hiring.</li><li>Onboarding &amp; Documentation: Complete joining formalities and maintain accurate employee records.</li><li>Attendance Management: Monitor daily attendance, leave records, and ensure timely updates.</li><li>Payroll Management: Coordinate payroll processing by providing accurate inputs and resolving payroll-related queries.</li><li>Employee Grievance Handling: Address employee concerns professionally and ensure timely resolution.</li><li>Employee Engagement: Plan and execute engagement activities to improve morale and retention.</li><li>Training &amp; Development: Identify skill gaps and support training initiatives for employee development.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, FresherPay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
