As an Assistant Case Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting this mission by facilitating communication between our firm, clients, and medical providers.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Support Case Managers in daily tasks.</li><li>Scan and save documentation to the firm's system.</li><li>Send correct letters to clients and draft correspondence.</li><li>Request medical records, police reports, and bills on behalf of clients.</li><li>Maintain regular communication with clients.</li><li>Provide general office support and complete tasks as needed.</li><li>Build and maintain a case database.</li><li>Open and manage claims with insurance companies, health insurance subrogation departments, and MediCAL/CARE.</li><li>Schedule doctor appointments and coordinate transportation for clients.</li><li>Prepare files for submission to demand writers.</li><li>Assist in the collection, organization, and filing of medical records and documents.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Warm, outgoing, and customer service-oriented.</li><li>Ability to multitask and prioritize projects.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Word.</li><li>Bilingual in English and Spanish</li><li>Attention to detail and deadline-oriented.</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li></ul>Kash Legal Group is an equal-opportunity employer and does not discriminate based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or any other protected status.
