We&rsquo;re not just attorneys&mdash;we&rsquo;re advocates who fight relentlessly for justice and maximum compensation for every client we represent.As we continue to grow, we&rsquo;re looking for an experienced Associate Attorney to join our dynamic team and contribute to our mission of protecting the injured and holding negligent parties accountable.Why Join Us?<ul><li>Fast-track your career with mentorship from seasoned trial attorneys and industry leaders</li><li>Take on meaningful, high-impact cases that make a real difference in clients&rsquo; lives</li><li>Work in a supportive, team-oriented environment that values collaboration and work-life balance</li><li>Utilize cutting-edge legal technology to increase efficiency and case success</li><li>Be part of a rapidly expanding firm with clear opportunities for advancement</li></ul>Responsibilities:Case Management<ul><li>Manage personal injury cases from pre-litigation through trial or settlement</li><li>Draft, review, and file legal documents including complaints, motions, and discovery responses</li><li>Propound and respond to discovery (RFPs, Form and Special Interrogatories, RFAs, etc.)</li><li>Conduct legal research and prepare case summaries, chronologies, and reports</li><li>Maintain and organize case files, ensuring accuracy and accessibility</li></ul>Litigation Support<ul><li>Represent clients in mediations, depositions, and court hearings</li><li>Draft and argue motions including motions to compel, quash, and protective orders</li><li>Prepare clients for depositions, mediations, and trial testimony</li><li>Assist in trial preparation&mdash;drafting exhibit lists, trial binders, and jury instructions</li><li>Attend hearings and depositions as needed (state and federal court)</li></ul>Client &amp; Team Collaboration<ul><li>Maintain consistent, professional, and confidential communication with clients</li><li>Collaborate closely with paralegals, legal assistants, and other attorneys to meet deadlines</li><li>Provide guidance and mentorship to support staff and junior team members</li></ul>Compliance &amp; Administration<ul><li>Ensure all actions comply with legal ethics, confidentiality standards, and firm policies</li><li>Stay current on California and Federal Civil Procedure Rules and evolving case law</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school</li><li>Active member, in good standing, with the California State Bar</li><li>3&ndash;5 years of experience in personal injury litigation (employment law experience a plus)</li><li>Proven track record of managing a caseload independently and achieving favorable outcomes</li><li>Strong drafting, negotiation, and courtroom advocacy skills</li><li>Excellent research, organizational, and communication abilities</li><li>Bilingual in Spanish is a plus</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Competitive salary range: $90,000 - $100,000 per year, based on experience</li><li>Performance-based bonuses and quarterly commissions</li><li>Health insurance (HMO medical coverage)</li><li>Paid time off and firm holidays</li><li>Flexible hybrid work schedule</li><li>Supportive culture with professional development opportunities</li></ul>Ideal CandidateWe&rsquo;re seeking a dependable, detail-oriented attorney who thrives in a fast-paced environment, approaches challenges with creativity, and genuinely cares about clients&rsquo; well-being.
