Requirements:We are looking for an experienced MEP Site engineer/ Supervisor to oversee electrical and plumbing works across multiple construction sites. The ideal candidate must be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing manpower effectively while ensuring project timelines and quality standards are met.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Supervise and coordinate MEP works (electrical &amp; plumbing) on site.</li><li>Review and interpret drawings, specifications, and BOQ.</li><li>Allocate staff and labour efficiently across different sites.</li><li>Monitor site activities to ensure safety, quality, and timely execution.</li><li>Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and project management team.</li><li>Ensure materials, tools, and equipment are available for smooth execution.</li><li>Prepare daily site reports and update management on progress.</li></ul>Requirements:- <ul><li>Minimum 4 years&rsquo; construction work experience in electrical and plumbing works for villas and high rise building.</li><li>Valid UAE driving licence (mandatory).</li><li>Ability to read and understand drawings.</li><li>Strong leadership skills to handle and manage site labour.</li><li>Good communication and coordination skills.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,500.00 per month
