The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, providing excellent customer service, and creating innovative kitchen designs that meet our clients' needs and preferences. This role requires a blend of sales acumen, design expertise, and exceptional interpersonal skills.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Sales and Customer Service:</li><li>Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences.</li><li>Provide product information and advice on kitchen cabinet options.</li><li>Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.</li><li>Achieve and exceed sales targets.</li><li>Design and Planning:</li><li>Utilize design software to create kitchen layouts and designs that meet clients' specifications.</li><li>Present design proposals to clients, incorporating their feedback and making necessary adjustments.</li><li>Ensure designs are practical, aesthetically pleasing, and within the client's budget.</li><li>Product Knowledge:</li><li>Stay updated on the latest kitchen design trends, materials, and products.</li><li>Understand the features and benefits of different kitchen cabinet products.</li><li>Collaboration:</li><li>Work closely with the installation team to ensure designs are feasible and can be executed as planned.</li><li>Coordinate with operation department to ensure timely delivery of products.</li><li>Administration:</li><li>Prepare quotes and other sales documents.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.</li><li>Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Proven experience in sales, preferably in the kitchen or home improvement industry.</li><li>Strong design skills with proficiency in design software (e.g., CAD, 20-20 Design, SketchUp).</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.</li><li>Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Knowledge of kitchen cabinet products and design trends.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Experience with kitchen cabinet or related area.</li><li>Bilingual abilities, English and Chinese.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $60,000.00 - $150,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Employee discount</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Paid training</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>Driver's License (Preferred)</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>San Jose, CA 95131 (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
