We are looking for a BAck-End Developer who specializes in <b>refactoring, optimizing, and modernizing existing codebases MINIMUM 3 Years worked with C3.NET and SQL</b>. This role focuses on improving performance, maintainability, and scalability of front-end applications&acirc;not just building new features. The ideal candidate has strong technical depth, understands component design patterns, and is passionate about clean, well-structured code.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
Key Responsibilities</b></div><ul><li>
Audit and refactor existing front-end code to improve maintainability, readability, and performance</li><li>
Break large, legacy components into clean, modular, reusable architecture</li><li>
Modernize applications (e.g., migrate from older frameworks, upgrade dependencies)</li><li>
Improve state management, API integration patterns, and UX stability</li><li>
Reduce bundle sizes, improve load times, and optimize rendering performance</li><li>
Implement automated tests (unit, integration, end-to-end)</li><li>
Identify tech debt and propose phased remediation plans</li><li>
Write clear documentation and enforce coding standards</li><li>
Collaborate with UX, Product, and Back-End teams to ensure seamless functionality</li><li>
Participate in code reviews and mentor others in front-end best practices</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
Required Skills &amp; Experience</b></div><ul><li>
1+ years of professional front-end development</li><li>
Strong proficiency with <b>C#.NET and SQL
</b></li><li>Experience refactoring and maintaining <b>large codebases</b></li><li>
Solid understanding of:</li><li>
Component architecture</li><li>
Responsive &amp; accessible UI</li><li>
Comfortable with Git workflows, CI/CD, and code reviews</li></ul><br>
