 Role Overview
 
 
 
 The
 
 Senior Executive &ndash; Director&rsquo;s Office
 
 will play a pivotal role in supporting the leadership team in strategic planning, monitoring key business metrics, driving process and system improvements, and ensuring high-quality execution of cross-functional initiatives. This role is ideal for a result-oriented individual with a Civil Engineering background and an MBA, who is looking to gain high-level exposure to strategic decision-making and operational excellence in the real estate industry.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Strategic Support &amp; MIS:
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist the Director in reviewing business performance through dashboards and MIS.
 </li>
 <li>
 Create weekly, monthly, and quarterly management reports covering sales, construction, finance, procurement, and customer service KPIs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide data-driven insights to support high-stake decisions across departments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage and track action items arising from strategy meetings and board reviews.
 </li>
 <li>
 Process Mapping &amp; Optimization:
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct detailed studies of existing departmental processes (sales, construction, design, stores, accounts, etc.).
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify inefficiencies, redundancies, or compliance gaps and drive reengineering initiatives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate and monitor SOP implementation across business units.
 </li>
 <li>
 System Implementation &amp; Integration:
 </li>
 <li>
 Support implementation of ERP tools (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, KEKA HRMS,etc.).
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in mapping business processes to digital systems and ensuring user adoption.
 </li>
 <li>
 Liaise between department heads, software vendors, and IT for resolving system-level challenges.
 </li>
 <li>
 Cross-Functional Projects:
 </li>
 <li>
 Anchor high-priority, cross-functional initiatives with measurable outcomes and timelines.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain trackers for project milestones and budgets across departments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Create presentations and business models to support fundraising, partnerships, or expansion strategies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Stakeholder Communication &amp; Follow-up:
 </li>
 <li>
 Act as a liaison between the Director and functional teams for execution clarity.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare briefing notes, concept notes, and progress reports for internal and external communication.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure timely follow-up on tasks assigned from Director&rsquo;s office to various departments.

 </ul>
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Educational Background:
 </li>
 <li>
 B.E. in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)
 </li>
 <li>
 MBA in Operations, Strategy, or Project Management (Preferred Tier 1/2 Institute)
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience:
 </li>
 <li>
 3&ndash;6 years of experience in Real Estate, Project Management, Strategy, or Management Consulting.
 </li>
 <li>
 Exposure to Construction/Development environments preferred.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Skills Required
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of real estate project lifecycle, execution, and approval processes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent command over Excel, PowerPoint, and MIS tools.
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems like SAP, Salesforce, etc.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in project tracking tools, process mapping, and documentation.
 </li>
 <li>
 High ownership, time management, and inter-department coordination skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and deliver timely reports and execution updates.
