Job Summary:</b></div><div>
The Legal Consultant will support the Legal Head in managing all legal matters related to real estate projects. The role includes drafting and vetting agreements, handling RERA-related compliances, coordinating for society formation, managing due diligence documentation, and ensuring all statutory requirements are met for smooth project execution.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
Roles and Responsibilities</b></div><div>
Drafting &amp; Documentation</div><div>
Draft, review, and vet various legal agreements including sale agreements, MOUs, LOIs, lease agreements, and other project-related contracts.</div><div>
Prepare and verify legal notices, affidavits, declarations, and undertakings.</div><div>
Ensure accuracy, legal compliance, and clarity in all documentation.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
Regulatory &amp; Compliance</b></div><div>
Handle RERA registration process for ongoing and upcoming real estate projects.</div><div>
Maintain and update required RERA documentation and compliance records.</div><div>
Checking and verification of Bank NOCs related to project approvals, mortgages, loan closures, and release of rights.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
Society Formation &amp; Conveyance</b></div><div>
Assist in documentation and processes related to society formation.</div><div>
Coordinate for conveyance-related tasks and ensure statutory compliance.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
Internal Support &amp; Advisory</b></div><div>
Provide legal support to internal departments including Sales, CRM, Projects, and Finance.</div><div>
Assist the Legal Head in daily operations, decision-making, and documentation work.</div><div>
Ensure legal risk mitigation for company operations and project activities.</div><div></div><div><br>
Desired Candidate Profile</div><div>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Law (LLB); additional qualifications preferred.</div><div>
5 &ndash; 8 years of experience in real estate legal work.</div><div>
Strong knowledge of RERA, real estate laws, and regulatory procedures.</div><div>
Excellent drafting and communication skills.</div><div>
Able to manage deadlines, multitask, and work independently.</div></div><div></div>
