Job Title: Restaurant Supervisor (Russian-speaking)Location: Dubai Mall, UAEAvailability: ImmediatelyExperience: Minimum 2 years in F&amp;B leadership rolesJob Summary;We are looking for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Supervisor who can lead our front-of-house team and ensure smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate must be Russian-speaking, have strong leadership skills, and be passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences. You will oversee service standards, staff coordination, and overall restaurant performance.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Supervise daily restaurant operations to maintain high service quality</li><li>Lead, guide, and motivate service staff to ensure excellent guest experience</li><li>Handle guest requests, complaints, and special requirements professionally</li><li>Coordinate with the kitchen and management team for seamless workflow</li><li>Monitor table service, cleanliness, and adherence to hygiene standards</li><li>Train new staff on service protocols and brand standards</li><li>Assist with scheduling, floor planning, and task delegation</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE food safety regulations</li><li>Oversee cash handling and opening/closing procedures</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Fluent in Russian and English (additional languages are a plus)</li><li>Minimum 2 years of experience as a Supervisor or Senior Waiter in a restaurant</li><li>Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills</li><li>Excellent customer service and ability to work in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Professional appearance and positive attitude</li><li>Ability to join immediately (preferred)</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From AED7,000.00 per month
