 Business Development Sr. Specialist

 Reports to: Business Development Manager / General Manager
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 &bull;	Identify and pursue new business opportunities aligned with the company&rsquo;s growth strategy.
 
 
 &bull;	Develop and maintain strong client relationships, focusing on long-term partnerships.
 
 
 &bull;	Prepare technical and financial proposals in coordination with internal teams.
 
 
 &bull;	Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support decision-making.
 
 
 &bull;	Represent the company in meetings, presentations, and industry events.
 
 
 &bull;	Maintain and update CRM database of potential and existing clients.
 
 
 &bull;	Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline, and market trends.
 
 
 &bull;	Collaborate with project teams to ensure client requirements are met and projects are delivered successfully.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications &amp; Experience
 
 
 
 &bull;	Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
 
 
 &bull;	3&ndash;5 years of proven experience in Business Development or Sales (preferably in Fit-Out, Construction, or related industries).
 
 
 &bull;	Previous experience or strong connections in the commercial leasing sector (offices, retail, shopping centers) is highly preferred.
 
 
 &bull;	Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills.
 
 
 &bull;	Familiarity with government qualification and registration systems (e.g., Etimad, SAP) is an added advantage.
 
 
 &bull;	Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
 
 
 &bull;	Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
