We are seeking a highly creative and strategic Content Creator &amp; Social Media Manager to develop engaging content and manage our brand&rsquo;s presence across digital platforms. The ideal candidate is both a storyteller and strategist&mdash;capable of producing original content, managing campaigns, analyzing performance, and driving audience engagement.Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation<ul><li>Develop and execute a content calendar aligned with brand goals and campaigns.</li><li>Create engaging content including posts, reels, videos, blogs, infographics, and stories.</li><li>Write compelling copy for captions, posts, and ads tailored to each platform.</li><li>Collaborate with design/production teams for high-quality visual content.</li><li>Stay updated on industry trends, memes, and viral content to integrate into strategy.</li></ul>Social Media Management<ul><li>Manage and grow brand presence across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X/Twitter, YouTube, etc.).</li><li>Plan, schedule, and publish posts consistently to maximize reach and engagement.</li><li>Develop strategies to increase followers, impressions, and audience interaction.</li><li>Monitor social media trends and competitors&rsquo; activities.</li><li>Engage with the online community by responding to comments, DMs, and mentions.</li></ul>Analytics &amp; Strategy<ul><li>Track KPIs (engagement, reach, impressions, leads, conversions).</li><li>Provide monthly performance reports and insights with recommendations.</li><li>Optimize campaigns based on analytics and audience behavior.</li><li>Collaborate with marketing team for paid ad campaigns.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field (preferred).</li><li>Proven experience in content creation and social media management.</li><li>Strong copywriting and storytelling skills.</li><li>Proficiency in social media tools (Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.).</li><li>Basic design/editing skills (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, Premiere Pro).</li><li>Knowledge of SEO, hashtags, and social media algorithms.</li><li>Creative thinker with a growth-oriented mindset.</li><li>Excellent communication and organizational skills.</li></ul>Key Attributes<ul><li>Trend-savvy and up to date with digital culture.</li><li>Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects.</li><li>Strong eye for detail and brand consistency.</li><li>Analytical approach with creative execution.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, FreelancePay: &#8377;30,000.00 - &#8377;60,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Work from home</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Content creation: 3 years (Required)</li><li>Social media management: 3 years (Required)</li><li>Content strategy: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
