Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our high end Real Estate team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and engagement across various channels. This position requires a blend of creativity and analytical skills to effectively manage campaigns, analyze performance, and optimize marketing efforts. The Marketing Coordinator will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all marketing initiatives align with our business goals.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Social media - post/promote agents on the team, team listings and brokerage content</li><li>Print marketing - Just Listed/Just Sold postcards, listing brochures, and magazine ads</li><li>Comprehensive marketing strategy - develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan for each listing and for reach agent on the team.</li><li>Liaison with Marketing Contacts - Cross promote content, liaison with our marketing partners and seek out social media opportunities</li><li>Email - Use company email blast software to promote listings, events and agents</li><li>Listing Coordinator - arrange photography for listings, write content for listing descriptions and develop assets like showing packets/brochures for listings.</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul>Skills:<ul><li>Proficiency in digital marketing techniques including SEO, content marketing, email marketing, and social media marketing.</li><li>Strong understanding of multichannel marketing strategies and performance metrics.</li><li>Experience with Google AdWords for managing paid search campaigns effectively.</li><li>Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics to track campaign performance.</li><li>Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to craft engaging content tailored for diverse audiences.</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated and proactive in driving initiatives forward.
