Job Title: Database Developer - We are seeking a skilled Database Developer with 4 to 5years hands-on experience in MongoDB, SQL, and database design, along with proficiency in Node.js for backend development and Flutter for building cross-platform applications. You will play a critical role in building and maintaining robust, scalable systems that ensure data accuracy, seamless integrations, and engaging user experiences. Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Database Development</li><li>Design, implement, and optimize MongoDB databases for performance and scalability.</li><li>Create and manage relational (SQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) schemas.</li><li>Write and optimize complex queries in both MongoDB and SQL databases.</li><li>Migrate data between SQL and NoSQL systems as needed.</li><li>Maintain database integrity, performance, and security.</li><li>Backend Development (Node.js)</li><li>Build and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services.</li><li>Integrate database solutions with Node.js applications.</li><li>Collaborate with DevOps for deployments and scaling.</li><li>Frontend Development (Flutter)</li><li>Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications.</li><li>Ensure seamless data integration between frontend and backend.</li><li>Optimize app performance and user experience.</li><li>Collaboration &amp; Support</li><li>Work closely with development, DevOps, and analytics teams to support data-driven applications.</li><li>Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve performance issues across database and application layers.</li><li>Document database structures, application workflows, and best practices.</li></ul>Required Skills<ul><li>MongoDB: Collections, indexes, aggregation pipelines, and performance tuning.</li><li>SQL: Strong command of SQL syntax and query optimization (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.).</li><li>Schema Design: Expertise in normalized (relational) and denormalized (NoSQL) models.</li><li>Node.js: Hands-on experience in backend API development and system integrations.</li><li>Flutter: Strong experience building cross-platform mobile apps.</li><li>Data Migration &amp; ETL: Design and manage data flows across systems.</li><li>Version Control: Familiarity with Git and collaborative development practices.</li><li>Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Experience with MongoDB Atlas and cloud-based deployments.</li><li>Knowledge of scripting or programming (e.g., Python, JavaScript/TypeScript).</li><li>Understanding of database security, access control, and compliance.</li><li>Familiarity with Agile methodologies, CI/CD, or DevOps practices.</li><li>4- 5yr of experience is must to have.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;50,000.00 - &#8377;65,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
